Ingredients:
2 small heads cauliflower
4 Tbsp. ghee
1 tsp. sea salt or to taste
ground pepper (if desired)
Instructions:
Wash cauliflower and remove leaves and stalk. Steam for about 15 minutes or until soft. Break in pieces with a spoon and place in blender with the ghee and salt. Blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until it is creamy. Garnish with pepper if desired.

Good! I like it pretty well. Personally I like the flavor better with butter instead of ghee, but since this is a candida blog obviously I put ghee. If you're not doing the candida diet you can also add a little cream. :-)
